The even better news is that you can choose the payment in installments with 0% down payment. You will only have to pay your monthly payments, with 5% yearly interest.

Or you can choose an installment plan with 20% of the property price down payment, with interest FREE monthly payments. Then you can choose a 6, 12, 18 or 24 months plan.
Terms & Conditions

1) The monthly installments are transferred between the 1st and the 5th of every Month

2) All Bank fees are covered by the buyer

3) Monthly Installements are transferred to our company bank account in Bulgaria.
