Construction was completed in November 2008. The apartments are located in the Didim area of Altinkum holiday resort.

Each duplex apartment has 3 bedrooms, balconies, an open plan kitchen and living room, bathroom and a guest WC. On the top floor of each duplex there is a large sun terrace with open views, built in BBQ and a storage cupboard. Annual maintenance for Marina Gateway will be approximately £350.
