This property is in a village 1/2km from the motorway, very close to the Slovenian border. It has a mix of holiday homes and Hungarian residents. I don't have photos of the inside of this one as the owner was in Budapest. The house is 80 sqm, the owner says there is electricity and water in the house. It is structurally sound, made of brick - not adobe which is typical of this style of property but from the outside it looks as though some work needs doing on the roof.

The village is close to the Slovenian and Croatian borders and 10 minutes to the nearest town. There is a renowned private fishing lake just minutes from the property, it costs 18 euro for a day ticket. Zagreb and Graz airports are approximately 1hr 15 minutes away and Flybalaton airport is roughly 50 minutes drive. The area is surrounded by many lakes, forests and a botanical garden. The nearest spa is a 15 minute drive.
